Sails

I am still moving slowly towards a boat but I have some sail questions that I hope someone can help with. Mini Code zero vs the code 5.
Does the mini class waive the midgirth requirment and allow headsails to be tacked to the pole?
Photo's that I have seen appear to fly code 5's fractional from mid pole and the sails look to have luff ropes and no roach. It is a fine line between a 65% midgirth (the smallest spinnaker) and 50% midgirth(the largest headsail) and "headsails" can not be tacked to a pole or strut in normal international rules.
Are code 5's just big jib top syle genoas?

As far as I know only the quantity of sails is limited.
You can have any ""style''

I just re-read the rules and the only limitations for sails are materials, number, and not to exceed the airdraft.
