Lake Ontario 300

We must have missed posting this one earlier this year....

Currently Diane Reid on One Girls Ocean Challenge, Nahan Barron on CAN 680 and Philippe Laville on Pogo Loco are out there racing.

You can follow the action on http://www.lo300.org/.

Phillipe is in the Main Duck PHRF 1 DH fleet and the other two are in the LO 300 SH PHRF 1 course. If you look at the Main Duck course you can see all the classes on the same chart and the three mini's are fairly close together in the middle of the pack.

OK, Diane Reid, Philippe Lavalle and Nathan Baron finished the race with in 3 hours of each other on corrected time. After 300 miles that is pretty good.

Way to go Gal's and Guy's.

Maybe we will get a write up from each of them on their trip. What worked and what didn't and should we as a group try to do this as a class race in two years?
