I'm impressed how a german-built-for-german-market boat shows up in the E coast with no owner... somebody had plenty of frequent-shipping-miles, or they're trying to keep it 'away from home'... Interesting move indeed...

And please, whoever is considering this (or any other 2win650), please read the 2win650 drama at:  http://www.minitransat650.com/simple/index.php?topic=2073.15
And I'd suggest to follow Doug Schickler (from the 2win650 design office) recommendation in one of the lasts posts of the thread and contact him before buying.

Hi Santi,

The boat isn't here - it is being offered by the yard to a NA buyer at this price.
NAMT will not receive a commission for the sale of the boat.
We will assist a buyer to deal directly with the yard & to bring the boat over here.

Yes, due diligence is required by anyone buying a 2win650.
The same applies to a few other Series boats in production too.

Unfortunately disputes are too common & this particular boat while recognized by Classe Mini as a Mini 650 may be finally judged to be a 'proto' rather than a series boat.
That is currently the same for all 2win650s until 10 are built.
But it may be the final classification for this boat as it does differ from the first boats built - not all of which are exactly the same.
