Hello everyone,
 
I'm pleased to announce that my DCQ application (wild card entry for non-Europeans) was accepted by Classe Mini, and I will be doing the Mini Transat next September.  It's a huge relief to not have to worry about being put on the waiting list for this race.  I just found out this morning.  It's now a matter of sorting the boat out, training a lot and raising some money to get to the starting line.  All systems go
I'll post something on the website soon with more details.

Good news Ryan,   glad to hear your major Mini goal is still in your sights.  It looks as though there will be 4 North Americans on the circuit next year - 2 Series & 2 protos.  You guys will have a great year!

Just heard from Nathan Baron.  Minimus Racing has a DCQ spot as well!  Congrats Nathan!!!

Great news Nathan - it looks as though there will be 4 Zeros in the race - previously there had been only 2 - so it will be a good yeam race for the Zero skippers too, 2 from North America & 2 from Spain.
